The 24-year-old has been in great shape this season, starting her international campaign with a 400m win at the African Games.
Moraa also claimed top honours in the women’s 800m at the Kip Keino Classic before impressing at the Diamond League Meeting in Doha. She finished second in the 400m at the USATF Los Angeles Grand Prix before finishing second in the women’s 800m at the Prefontaine Classic.
The reigning Commonwealth Games 800m champion finished second in the women’s 800m at the Kenyan Olympic trials and continued to a third-place finish in the 800m at the Paris Olympic Games.
After her somewhat Olympic heartbreak, she bounced back to claim the win at the Diamond League Meeting in Lausanne before competing in the 1000m in Silesia where she finished third. She stamped authority in the women’s 600m at the ISTAF 2024 in Berlin, shattering Caster Semenya’s world best.
Joining Athlos is a huge boost for her in terms of monetary value and connecting with other top women while showcasing her talent.
